Terms & Conditions — The ReImagine Package Scope of Service The ReImagine Package is a single-room professional design service. One purchase covers one room only. If your submission describes or includes photos of multiple rooms or spaces, your package will address the room specified at the time of purchase. Additional rooms require a separate purchase. Rooms exceeding 1,000 square feet fall outside the scope of this package — contact us directly to discuss full-service options. Square Footage & Pricing Pricing is determined by room size as selected at checkout. We verify square footage against the dimensions submitted in your project form. If your room exceeds the tier purchased, you will be contacted with an adjusted invoice before work begins. Significant discrepancies will require payment of the adjusted amount prior to delivery. Minor discrepancies will be invoiced alongside your completed package. Turnaround Time Packages are delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed project submission. The timeline begins upon receipt of a fully completed submission including all required photos, measurements, and project details — not at the time of purchase. Incomplete submissions will delay your turnaround. Revisions The ReImagine Package includes one complete design brief and 1–2 renders based on your submitted project details. Revisions are not included. The quality and accuracy of your submission directly determines the quality of your outcome. Additional revisions or scope changes may be discussed as a separate paid engagement. Refunds All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are not available on the basis of personal preference, design taste, or change of vision after delivery. The package reflects professional recommendations based on the information you provided at the time of submission. Our Quality Commitment Every package is reviewed by both members of our team before delivery to ensure accuracy and alignment with your submitted project details. In the rare event that we make a genuine error — meaning your deliverables do not reflect the information you provided — we will offer one of the following resolutions at your discretion: A full refund, upon which all delivered materials must be permanently deleted and may not be used in any capacity A corrected package reproduced and delivered within 1–2 business days at no additional cost A genuine error is defined as a deliverable that does not reflect the information submitted. It does not include a change of preference or dissatisfaction with a professional recommendation made in good faith based on your submission. Marketing & Portfolio Use By purchasing The ReImagine Package and submitting your project details, you grant Creating Our Forever permission to use submitted photos, room dimensions, and any renders produced as part of your package for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials. No client identifying information will ever be shared publicly. If you prefer your project remain private, please notify us in writing at the time of submission and we will honor that request. Submission Requirements You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your submission. Vague, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions directly impact the quality of your deliverables. Creating Our Forever is not responsible for outcomes resulting from insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the client. Acceptance of Terms By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
