About Creating Our Forever
No Guessing Here Either. Just Honest Design.
Creating Our Forever started two years ago with no design degree and no shortcuts. What we had: real construction knowledge, years in real estate and finance, and military discipline forged over two combat tours. We learned rendering software, floor plan design, and material selection the same way we learned everything else, hands-on, on real projects, with real money on the line.
We're not credentialed. We're tested. Every decision on this site has been proven on an actual build, not a classroom assignment. Gary is currently completing a Michigan Residential Builder License, so the design side of this studio never loses touch with how a house actually gets built. Lorena leads every design decision, sharpened by hundreds of real client choices instead of a syllabus.
We're veteran-owned. That means we show up, we finish what we start, and we don't cut corners because a project got hard.

Creating Our Forever is run by Gary and Lorena Prager, a husband-and-wife team with no design degree between them and no interest in pretending otherwise. Gary served two combat tours in the Army and brings a background in real estate, finance, and business strategy. Lorena leads every design decision, sharpened by hundreds of real client choices instead of a classroom.
