What format are the plans delivered in?

Your Hearthwell plan package is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. The Architectural Design Plans are provided as printable PDF construction drawings, along with photorealistic renderings, a walkthrough video, floor plan image, and supporting documents.
 

What is included in the Architectural Design Plans?

The Hearthwell Architectural Design Plans include dimensioned exterior elevations, foundation plan, fully dimensioned floor plan and layout, wall framing, floor framing, ceiling framing, roof framing, electrical plan, door schedule, and window schedule.
 

Can I build this home anywhere?

In most areas, yes. However, local building codes and permitting requirements vary. Your builder or local building department may require engineering or minor modifications before construction.
 

Can I modify the design?

Absolutely. Once purchased, you may work with your builder, architect, or engineer to customize the design for your property and local requirements.
 

Are structural engineering stamps included?

No. Structural requirements vary by region. Engineering, if required, should be obtained locally.
 

How many times can I build this home?

Each purchase includes a Single-Use License, allowing construction of one home. Additional builds require an additional license.
